Happy Home believes that teachers play an integral role in the success of the school.

Lead Teachers must have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or a related field (A CDA is also acceptable with 3-5 years experience).

Teacher Assistants must have a CDA or working toward an Associates degree.

Floaters must have a minimum of 5 years experience and currently enrolled in an accredited college to receive credits.

Mandatory trainings throughout the year in the areas of:

• Health screening

• Behavior modification techniques

• Positive discipline

• Health and safety

• Professionalism

• Customer service and support

• Lesson plan writing and curriculum development

• Creative activities

• Parent/teacher interaction

• Teacher/child interaction

Most important, must have a passion to make a positive difference in the lives of all children.

Happy Home accepts children from the ages of 3 months to 5 years.

Tours are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm.
