Announcements:

  • Students of the Month and Homework will resume in September.
     
  • Summer Activity Fees are OVERDUE!!If you have not remitted your child’s activity fee, please do so IMMEDIATELY!
     
  • SWIMMING: Happy Home #1 will begin on July 10th, Happy Home #2 will begin on July 17th, Permission Forms must be completed to participate in the swimming program.
    Completed medication forms to administer SPF 30 sunscreen to your child must also be completed
     
  • FIELD TRIPS: Parents of 3 to 5 year olds must complete permission forms for each field trip in order to participate.  Please pick up form at the front desk on 7/9
     
  • 7/8/09 - Parent Information Update (3:00pm – 6:00pm)

PARENT ADVISORY BOARD

Parent Advisory Board
Our goal is to work with parents to provide a warm and stimulating experience for each child. Parents are involved in all aspects of the center. Twelve parents were elected as officers this year. Parent meetings are held quarterly. All parents are invited to attend. Monthly newsletters and a current website are provided for parents in order to keep them updated. Please contact us if you would like to get involved with the Board or if you have any ideas or comments that the Board can address. Meetings are held once a month.  Volunteers are always needed for Fund Raisers, Graduation, Field Trips, Parents Night Out, and to organize other activities and themes.
Please Note: Due to Liability Insurance issues, Happy Home will no longer be able to provide care for children who do not attend Happy Home during meetings, parent workshops and parties. Therefore, if a sibling, cousin etc is brought to the center during meetings, he or she must be the parent’s sole responsibility.
